Return & Refund Policy
We are confident that we offer products of the highest quality and that you will love them. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products purchased directly from Domiamia.com.
Conditions of return and exchange
- Items must be in new condition, not washed, and with original packaging
- Domiamia merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was initially purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- For non-quality-related product exchange, the shipping cost of the return will be borne by the buyer, payment on the receipt is not supported.
- Domiamia will pay the shipping cost of the return for product quality problems.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after the product is returned, and refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- After we complete the operation refund process, you can usually receive the refund within no more than three working days.
- Holiday promotional products' non-quality problems are typically not returnable.
- Along with the returned item(s), including your name, email address, and order number.
- If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be accepted.
How to return or exchange?
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and send us the following details to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- Order number
- The name and quality of the return/ exchange product
- Reason for return/ exchange
- Image or video of the product if the product is defective/ damaged
- Write the RMA number on the shipping label outside of the package.
- Repack the items in their original packing and make sure to use a sturdy protective box to ship the things that are being returned.
Please note returns may only be accepted if items meet the above requirements. Domiamia is not responsible for damaged products due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. It is impossible to process a refund request for non-quality issues with items that have exceeded this 30-day window.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can contact us to edit or cancel your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate these requests if you want to make any changes (add something, remove something, change your address, or cancel your order) outside the 24-hour purchase window. If you’d like to add something to your order, please place an additional charge, and be aware that we cannot combine orders.
If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturer’s defect within 30 days of receiving your order, we will gladly help you replace the item. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the user. You must email a picture of the defect and your order receipt to email@example.com. All claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the date the item is marked delivered by the postal carrier.
