It depends on your shipping address. Orders processed usually will take 3-8 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners, including USPS.

Please note that neither the courier nor we assume any responsibility for a missing or stolen package once it is delivered following your request (whether unsigned, unattended, etc.). However, if the courier left the package unattended without your approval, please contact us here with your order number.

Please contact your local courier with the tracking number. In case of continued delivery failures, the parcel will be sent back to the Domiamia warehouse. Please be advised that the customer will be responsible for the extra shipping costs. The extra shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be processed as soon as your return arrives at our logistics center and it gets inspected. Please allow up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear in your account.

If your payment is getting declined or see the message to try again at the checkout, we would kindly ask you to try again after clearing the cache, cookies, and history of your browser. Trying with another browser would also help. If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us here, so we can assist.
